Production Director

Responsibilities

• Operational management of production department
• Management of the manufacturing strategy and policy in accordance with the strategy of company development
• Production planning and quality KPI control
• Ensuring the launch of new production projects on-time
• Ensuring the guarantee of the quality of product
• Control of respecting of technological discipline and correct use of equipment
• Control of respecting labor, health and safety rules, ecological and fire safety standards by production staff
• Budget planning, guarantee of budget respect and correct use of material, human and other resources
• Material, financial and labor costs optimization
• Leading, managing, mentoring & coaching a production team in order to achieve desired results and develop into a high performing team
• Assume ownership & accountability for overall business performance

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of raw materials
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Knowledge of machines and tools
• Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
• Solid computer skills
