Thus, the increase in recruitment orders was 29%.

In 2017, we received a patent for the invention of the SLLG technology, we ourselves created a new employee - Autorecruiter, who automatically selects suitable CVs, contacts the candidates in a way that is convenient for them and conducts the primary selection procedures. The speed of closing positions due to the help of such a valuable specialist has increased almost 2 times!
There is a growing need in complex HR outsourcing solutions - consulting, solving specific tasks is not always enough: business processes are accelerating today, and for HR management this is also relevant, more and more often companies apply to providers for solving more complex problems using outsourcing HR-services - outsourcing of recruiting processes, personnel administration.

Rekadro traditionally actively works towards its social mission - the formation of professional and life values of future generations. In 2017, we supported orphanages and funds, quarterly transferring money, and donated to help children the entire budget for New Year's gifts for partners, we held more than 10 seminars on vocational guidance and job search, supported the “New Dimension” Russian Youth Forum.

Together, we concluded that the year had passed just fine, and celebrated this conclusion with a corporate dance.
