Specialist of project commercial support

Responsibilities

  • Collection commercial data to calculate the appropriate customer price under consideration of direct and indirect costs such as materials, production-/service hours, transportation cost, overheads
  • Preparation of commercial quotations to customer taking into account all impacts such as export/import and tax regulations, legal regulations applying within and out of the territory of RF, accounting regulations applying from local and IFRS accounting guidelines
  • Contract work: creation contract project draft, checking contract on protection company from not considered risks, analysis of the current contract and identification of opportunities, risks and evaluation of measures to be prevented
  • Provision of financial and commercial figures for regular management reviews per project,project representation in the relevant decision boards internally and externally
  • Reclamation work (preparation of documentation as basis and evidence for claims and claims rejection and calculation of additional costs)
  • Active communication with customer’s commercial representatives and resolving of commercial issues
  • Analysis of project progress (revenue, cost, gross profit, cash flow), project Reporting and Controlling activities (forecast, budget per project, onerous contract), evaluation and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response project activities
  • Commercial support of contracts execution (preparation shipping documents over SAP, active participation in monthly closing according to RAP and IFRS)
  • Development and implementation of new processes and optimization of current ones in corporate ERP system (SAP) according to actual demands of the company and internal and external requirements

Requirements

  • High (economy, business, accounting)
  • Experience in project/order management and/or controlling in manufacturing companies more than 6 years
  • Experience in ERP-system (SAP), advanced MS Excel skills
  • Foreign language (English (fluent)
